As i speak of this i would also like to share with you that while we discuss the problems of what lacks in a city the central government has taken note of this issue and this problem and created an urban challenge fund the ucf i’m very proud to say that the union cabinet chaired by the Honourable Prime Minister of our nation Mr Narendra Modi, has allocated 1 lakh crore to solve this problem of urban challenge.

And this comprises only 25% of the fund. So the corpus of this fund will be 4 lakh crores. to solve the problems of multiple urban challenges across the length and breadth of our country. And I think this is commendable that this on a central level is being addressed and discussed. While I speak of the central government, I’d also like to speak of what is happening on the state level in terms of urban design.

Never has there been a better time and a stronger political will to change and upgrade the city.

I think the leadership of our Honourable Chief Minister, Devendra Fadnavis G has not just created robust infrastructure models that have been from blueprint to execution, but he has devised a plan and is working relentlessly to ensure that the entire state of Maharashtra is upgraded

We are leading in terms of the GDP contribution in the country. Maharashtra ranks first in the GDP contribution domestically.

We are also leading in GCC. We are leading in FDI. And very soon, with the vision and the plan of our Honourable Chief Minister, We will be leading in multiple other avenues where attention was required and now he is working towards it. Be it nice, be it tourism, be it integration of complexes, there is a lot of activity that is happening on upgradation of systems, integration of systems and on urban design.

Mumbai 3.0 is one of the many examples of renewed urban design where end-to-end connectivity is mapped, where end-to-end usability is being formulated in the form of a blueprint. The earlier planning of infrastructure and the earlier planning of development was as population grew. But today, our able leadership an honourable CM sir has devised a plan where you see the blueprint, be it for data centre integration, be it for urban development integration.
