43,000 Homes Unsold in Navi Mumbai Amid Buyer Slowdown

According to the survey, homes priced between ₹50 lakh to ₹75 lakh are the worst-hit, with around 8,621 unoccupied in Navi Mumbai. This category leads the way in the available-for-sale market. There are 6,545 unsold residences priced between ₹50-75 lakh (roughly $10 million) and ₹1.5 crore (about $15 million), with those priced between ₹40-50 lakh (approximately $50 million) remaining unsold.
