Man Infraconstruction launched Marina Vista and secured 30% pre-sales.
On August 10, 2026, Man Infraconstruction Limited opened Marina Vista, an ultra-luxury residential estate on Pali Hill, Bandra (West), Mumbai. At launch, the business reported collecting a 30% pre-sales commitment for the project with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of over ₹500 crore. This robust initial response demonstrates ongoing demand in Bandra (West), widely recognized as one of Mumbai’s most desirable residential micromarkets.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. On August 10, 2026, the press release was sent to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited. Durgesh Dingankar, the Company Secretary of Man Infraconstruction Limited, signed the filing.
Marina Vista is being developed by Atmosphere Homes LLP, a MICL Group affiliate firm. The site has been totally evacuated, and construction is under ongoing. The project gained MahaRERA registration (PR1180002600763) in June 2026, two months before the debut date.
Manan Shah, Managing Director of MICL Group, credited the launch’s success to the Pali Hill address’s long-term attraction. He stated that the rapid uptake demonstrates buyer trust in the MICL brand and the company’s track record of delivering quality projects on time. The company expects to sustain its sales pace while the project progresses.
