In a disturbing event, unidentified individuals reportedly fired multiple rounds outside the Mumbai home of prominent Bollywood filmmaker Rohit Shetty. According to a Hindustan Times story, the event occurred about 12:43 a.m. on Sunday, raising security concerns in the neighborhood.
The shooting occurred outside of the filmmaker’s home in Mumbai’s Juhu neighborhood. According to the report, the Mumbai Police have increased security in the area in response to the event. Fortunately, there were no injuries recorded. According to ANI, the reason for the firing is currently unknown, and authorities are probing the issue from numerous sides.
Police officers and a forensic team have arrived at the scene to examine evidence and identify people involved. As of now, Rohit Shetty has made no public statement regarding the firing incident. It is also unclear whether the director was present at his home at the time of termination. More information is pending as the inquiry continues.
