Jennifer Aniston Seen With Boyfriend After $1.5M Home ListingJennifer Aniston and her boyfriend, Jim Curtis, were pictured outside of a luxury Manhattan apartment building with multiple units for sale, only weeks after Curtis listed his NYC home.
The 50-year-old hypnotherapy and the 56-year-old “Friends” star, who have been dating for nearly a year, were seen leaving the Upper East Side residence.
Built in 1925, the building has 16 stories, a doorman, concierge, a fitness center, a playground, a basketball court, wine cellars, private storage bins, and bicycle storage.
The luxurious co-op, located on Park Avenue, is surrounded by mature trees, townhouses, the Central Park reservoir, boutiques, and some of New York City’s finest restaurants.
The building now has three apartments for sale: a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom apartment for $5.2 million, a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom residence for $5.79 million, and a penthouse with five bedrooms and four baths offered for $7.49 million.
Curtis and Aniston may be seen dressed up for the cold weather in New York City. Aniston wore a black coat with jeans, while her partner wore a grey coat over a black shirt and khakis. Curtis was also seen walking with a cane, which he has been using for quite some time since doctors discovered spinal lesions on him when he was 22, according to his website.
Their presence comes just weeks after he listed his $1.5 million New York City condo.
The property, which is located in Seaport and spans just over 1,200 square feet and includes spectacular views of the Brooklyn Bridge, was formally listed on Jan. 27 for $1.525 million, according to the Daily Mail.
According to property records obtained by Realtor.com, the lifestyle guru paid just under $1.3 million for the unit in 2015, and it has since been leased many times, most recently in June for the exorbitant amount of $10,500 per month.
The property was also posted for rent at $9,000 per month in April 2025, but was quickly removed from the rental market weeks later.
By November, the home had been removed from the market before being advertised for sale this week.
In addition to his connection with Aniston, who was previously married to Brad Pitt and then Justin Theroux, Curtis has chosen to cut ties with the mansion due to the increasing financial strain of overseeing its maintenance.
According to records, Curtis paid off a $29,538 lien on the property in early December, more than a year after it was originally issued.
The U.S. Sun earlier reported that he failed to make multiple property payments totaling $15,242 in March and February of 2017. He paid out the money owed two months later.
There do not appear to be any outstanding liens on the unit, which is characterized in its ad as a “beautifully maintained home” with a variety of attractions, not least of which is its excellent location “steps away from the iconic New York City waterfront.”
Originally planned as a loft space, the house has been partitioned into two distinct bedrooms while maintaining an open floor plan. One of the bedrooms is isolated from the main living space solely by a glass wall.Designer elements include a custom-fabricated steel and glass wall that adds to the open vibe while providing privacy to the main sleeping area, as well as steel built-ins made from wood shelving rescued from the Old Seaport Pier,” according to the description.
The red brick building that houses the apartment also houses 26 other units and provides a number of high-end community amenities, such as an elevator, laundry room, and video intercom access.
Curtis recently bragged about his romance with Aniston, who lives on the West Coast, during an interview on “Today” earlier this month.
He explained, “We were just acquainted via friends. That is it. We discovered that we had mutual connections and began to just chat.”
Curtis stated that it “took a long time” before they progressed from friends to lovers. We talked for a long time and grew close,” he stated, adding that they have been dating “for a long time, months now, almost a year.”
Aniston praised her partner in an interview with Elle.He does a variety of things, including hypnotism. She described him as remarkable and a great assistance to many people. He’s extremely special, very normal, and very compassionate, and he wants to help people recover, get past their pain and stagnation, and find clarity. It’s a wonderful thing to dedicate your life to.”
The duo originally ignited relationship rumors in July, when they were spotted cuddling in Spain.
In November, the couple shared a black-and-white photo on Instagram to officially announce their relationship.
She captioned the sweet photo, “Happy birthday, my love.” Cherished.”
Aniston owns a $21 million Bel-Air property in Los Angeles that is 10,186 square feet and has seven bedrooms and eleven bathrooms.
Aniston’s home also regularly hosts some of her A-list friends, including actor Jason Bateman, who attends the actress’ Sunday night dinners, when she prepares an incredible buffet for up to 15 people.
In August, a 48-year-old Mississippi man was jailed for reportedly purposefully ramming his truck through the gates of the home while the actress was inside.
