About Birangana Sati Sadhani Rajyik Vidyalaya

The Birangana Sati Sadhani Rajyik Vishwavidyalaya Act 2020 was enacted by the Assam government to build the institution. Professor Jyoti Prasad Saikia has been named as the university’s first Vice Chancellor. The institution has been granted land in Rangajan, Morongi Revenue Circle, Golaghat District.

Currently, the Vice Chancellor’s office is administered from the Golaghat Engineering College grounds. The university’s objective and vision are to develop global citizens through a comprehensive learning experience while also striving to become a hub of transdisciplinary research and academic excellence for all stakeholders.
